exercising demons
I just got back from a 1:45 minute run. I've been adding crunches to my workout. Whenever I have to walk for a bit, I do 100 bicycle crunches, and then mountain climbers until I can't do any more, then sprint back into my run. I find it helps burn off stress better than running alone. Listening to relationship-gone-sour music helps too. I should get that Joan Jett album I wrote about a while ago on my iPod. At the end of my run I find myself too tired to stress about stuff.
